Graham brings over 25 years of experience in the mortgage lending business and has served as President of Finance of America Companies Inc. since October 2020. On July 1, 2022, Graham became Interim Chief Executive Officer and President. With expertise in strategic planning, capital markets, and financial management, Graham previously served as chief financial officer of AMRESCO Residential Mortgage. Graham’s passion for the company’s non-profits, Finance of America Foundation and Finance of America Cares, have helped both entities grow to support the communities the company serves and employees in need.
Jeremy joined Finance of America in December 2015 and previously served as senior managing director of the company’s portfolio management business. Prior to Finance of America, he held the role of portfolio manager and director of quantitative solutions at Green Tree Investment Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of Walter Investment Management.
In his current role, Jeremy is responsible for portfolio management at Finance of America Companies, including capital allocation across the firm, risk management and non-agency execution. Additionally, he partners with our origination businesses to ensure that they have best-in-market product offerings.
Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Saint Cloud State University in Saint Cloud, Minnesota and also studied Applied Economics at the University of Minnesota. His interests include outdoor activities and travel with his family. He and his wife have three children.
Johan Gericke joined the Company in March 2021 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company, he spent ten years at Capital One in a variety of senior roles including Managing Vice President of Corporate Development, Chief Financial Officer of Retail Banking and Chief Financial Officer of Commercial Banking. Prior to that, he worked at Wells Fargo as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Mr. Gericke brings over 19 years of financial services experience with extensive expertise in accounting, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and strategic planning. He holds an Honors Bachelor of Accounting Science from the University of South Africa and qualified as a South African Chartered Accountant. Mr. Gericke also holds an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University.

At Finance of America Companies, Jason oversees our long-term strategic initiative focused on further enhancing the customer experience across the Company’s entire product ecosystem. Jason’s role is to create more personalized and impactful customer touchpoints designed to help meet customers’ diverse financing needs at various stages in life. He leads the Company’s digital and marketing teams as well as our customer-centric transformation efforts in partnership with Finance of America lines of business and the technology, legal, risk and compliance teams.
Jason has a successful track record of building and leading diverse teams to drive innovation and large-scale digital transformation with the customer at the heart of reimagined experiences. Among his specialties are infusing design-thinking into businesses; transforming digital, payments and marketing experiences; and, integrating digital marketing and social media to deliver measurable and sustainable business value.
Jason is passionate about creating avenues for diverse communities to close achievement gaps in wealth creation, educational outcomes and career opportunities. With his husband, he is the co-founder of the Alvin O. McCray and Jason M. Rudman Community College Scholarship in partnership with Point Foundation. This foundation is committed to the financial support and education of tomorrow’s LGBTQIA+ leaders in the fields of criminal justice, social justice and public policy to change the world.
Bruno has been a prominent leader in the mortgage industry for almost four decades. In 1998, he joined Gateway Funding and grew it into one of the most respected national mortgage providers and servicers in the U.S. Under his aegis, Gateway became a model for how an employee-first philosophy invoking 1940’s family values can inspire loyalty and overcome the challenges of an unpredictable business.
Bruno steered his organization through the 2001 recession and a severe contraction in the housing market to achieve record volume and profitability by 2004. He again led the company through the mortgage meltdown of 2008, emerging well-positioned to leverage the recovering economy into further growth. Gateway went on to receive numerous industry awards including making Mortgage Executive Magazine’s Top 100 Mortgage Companies list three years in a row, as well as the magazine’s list of Top 50 Best Places to Work. Bruno was named one of the Top 100 Mortgage Executives in America five years running.
In 2015, Gateway Funding was acquired by UFG Holdings and Bruno was appointed co-president of Finance of America. In 2017, he was named chief revenue officer and continues to serve in this role today.
In 2017, Bruno was asked to also lead Incenter, a relatively new subsidiary focused on optimizing operational and financial performance in the mortgage and lending industry. Working closely with the Incenter leadership team, he is responsible for setting the Incenter mission and vision, evaluating and guiding strategic acquisitions, providing financial oversight and support across Incenter’s seven different companies, and growing the Incenter corporate brand and reputation.
Outside of Incenter, Bruno is a board member of Xinnix mortgage training company. Previously, he served as vice president of the Delaware Valley Charter Schools Board of Directors and as a member of both the Mortgage Bankers Production board and the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) task force. He has also taught leadership courses at Temple University in Philadelphia. He earned his B.S. in Accounting at Ursinus College and lives in Rydal, Penn. Bruno and his wife share the joy of having five children and six grandchildren
As President of Finance of America Reverse, Kristen Sieffert is responsible for growth and innovation in Finance of America Companies’ reverse mortgage business. Under Kristen’s leadership, FAR has become a top GNMA issuer of reverse mortgages, the largest wholesale lender in the industry and an employer of choice for more than 300 professionals across the country. FAR’s HomeSafe® suite is the most comprehensive proprietary reverse mortgage offering in the industry and is a key driver of the organization’s commitment to help people get to work on retirement.
Prior to her role as president, Kristen served as FAR’s chief operating officer. Before joining FAR in 2012, Kristen served as acting president for San Diego-based EquiPoint and vice president for operations at One Reverse Mortgage. Kristen began her reverse mortgage career in 2004 with Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corp. She earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and in 2018 was accepted as a member of the San Diego Coastal Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
Joe leads Finance of America Companies’ commercial loans division (FACo), which helps clients overcome traditional financing hurdles and build long-term wealth through real estate investment. Since the launch of FACo in 2017, Joe has been integral to the organization’s numerous successes. He led the integrations with B2R Finance and Jordan Capital Finance, implemented FACo’s loan origination technology and guided FACo to profitability.
An accomplished executive with more than 35 years of mortgage industry experience, Joe has solid progressive history promoting substantial growth and profitability for mid-size and Fortune 500 mortgage banking institutions. He has managed start-ups and built highly effective sales and operations divisions from the ground up.
Joe is also known for his skill around recruiting, training and managing multisite operations staff. He previously held senior leadership roles at Genworth Mortgage Insurance, BNC Mortgage, Fieldstone Mortgage and American Mortgage Solutions.
Joe is also a thought leader on topics including modifications and repayment plans related to mortgage products, as well as government relations. He holds an Accounting degree from International Business College. His personal interests are travel, music and playing tennis. Joe enjoys being active with his two sons and believes strongly in the importance of family.
Charles “Mac” Macintosh is a seasoned finance professional with more than 20 years of capital markets and investment banking experience in mortgage and real estate. As President of Finance of America Home Improvement (FOAHI), Mac oversees growth of the non-mortgage Home Improvement lending products and further development of the technology underlying FOAHI’s platform. FOAHI products complement and further diversify Finance of America Companies’ (FOAC) comprehensive suite of lending products.
Prior to his current role, Mac was Senior Managing Director at Incenter Securities Group LLC, FOAC’s broker-dealer business. As Managing Director, he was responsible for whole loan trading and securities trading backed by FOAC assets, specifically the proprietary Reverse product and Commercial products. Mac began his career at Credit Suisse in real estate investment banking, then joined Lehman Brothers as a mortgage trader. He later held similar capital markets roles at firms including Merrill Lynch (now Bank of America) and Raymond James.
Mac graduated from Middlebury College with a BA in Economics. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Hire Heroes USA, an organization focused on empowering service members, veterans and their spouses to succeed in the civilian workforce. In his free time, he enjoys athletic pursuits including ice hockey, cycling and skiing.
Lauren joined Finance of America in September 2016 and was appointed to General Counsel in June 2019 and Chief Legal Officer in September 2022. In her current role, Lauren oversees and manages the Company’s legal, compliance and enterprise risk functions, and administratively oversees the Company’s internal audit function. Prior to joining the Company, Lauren was a corporate attorney at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, an international law firm, where she advised private and public companies, including Finance of America, on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private debt and equity offerings, and other corporate transactions and governance matters. In August 2022, Lauren was named as one of HousingWire’s 2022 Women of Influence.
Lauren holds a J.D. and a B.B.A., each with honors, from Southern Methodist University. She was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, where she currently resides with her husband and three young children.
A future-oriented, persuasive and analytical leader, Carolyn thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys creative and collaborative problem solving. With proven success working alongside growing mortgage lenders, she has a passion for supporting organizations as they navigate change. Carolyn is a passionate supporter of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Throughout her career, she has been a strong advocate for women in the workforce and delivered programs that build DEI culture and contribute to business success. As a key member of the Finance of America Companies’ leadership team, she leads with vision and purpose, nurturing organizational culture and supporting future growth via an HR centers of excellence model.
With 20+ years of experience, Carolyn has built and managed HR organizations driving business goals within the mortgage, pharmaceutical, biotech and manufacturing industries. Her experience includes managing the human side of mergers and acquisitions both domestically and internationally. She strives to build the capabilities of employees to help them better support the business while also developing as individuals. Carolyn earned her MA in HR Management from National University and holds a BA in Communications from Baldwin-Wallace College. Additionally, she has completed the HR Leadership Certification Program at the University of California, San Diego.
Carolyn believes in the power of supporting community. In past years, she led the implementation of a successful foundation and today strongly supports Finance of America Companies’ Cares foundation initiatives. Carolyn is a positive, approachable leader who believes in finding joy in the work we do each day. She enjoys travel and hikes with her husband, riding her Peloton, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Christine leads Finance of America Companies’ Technology and Security organization with the goal of delivering secure, high quality, innovative technology solutions that meet the challenges of tomorrow.
Christine has more than ten years of experience in cyber security focused on building innovative cyber security functions that deliver at Fortune 100 and federal government scale. She began her career at the U.S. Department of Defense (NSA) in threat intelligence before graduating at the top of her class into an elite operations unit. She went on to oversee complex cyber missions for several years, rising to manage capability development and program execution as an Agency Technical Director.
In early 2017, Christine joined Morgan Stanley as the Technology Director of its Cyber Incident Response Team (CIRT). In 2018, she became the Global Head of Operational Assurance at Morgan Stanley and built multiple information security programs in innovation, technical risk assessment and other areas. That same year, she was named Morgan Stanley’s 2018 Women in Technology (WIT) Technical Leader of the Year.
Christine serves on the advisory board for several startups focused on API security, Technology Workforce Optimization, Technology Control Validation and Internet of Things (IoT) security at scale. She holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Buffalo and was a speaker at the Consumer Technology Association’s CES 2021 conference. Christine was named a 2021 SC Media Women in IT Security honoree and has previously served as a Distinguished Visiting Fellow of the U.K. Cyber Nexus program. She is a passionate Web 3.0 advocate and lives with her wife, Susan, and their large German Shepard, Oliver, somewhere between Baltimore and Buffalo.
