Health & Welfare Benefits

  • Medical

    We offer two PPO and one High Deductible medical plan option to suit a variety of needs and situations. We also offer two Kaiser medical plan options for employees living in Ca, Wa, and OR. All plans include prescription coverage and free preventative healthcare.

  • FSA / HSA / Transit Benefits

    We offer Health Care, Dependent Care, Transit and Parking Spending Accounts that use your pre-tax contributions to reimburse you for eligible expenses. We also offer a Health Savings Account with employer contribution to employees enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan.

  • Dental

    Two dental plans are available to employees. Both include four preventative cleanings each year. The Buy-Up PPO plan has an orthodontia allowance for children and adults.

  • Vision

    Our vision benefit provides for routine eye exams and pays for a portion of the cost of glasses or contact lenses.

Financial Security

  • Life and AD&D Coverage

    We offer Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance with a benefit of $50,000 at no cost to the employee. Supplemental Life and AD&D insurance is also available.

  • 401(k)

    Eligible employees may participate in the company’s retirement plan following three months of employment. The company offers a discretionary match that vests over three years.

  • Employee Mortgage Loan Program

    Employees can receive preferential pricing and a discount on forward mortgage loans (purchase or refinance) through Finance of America Mortgage.

Work/Life Balance

  • Paid Time Off & Holidays

    In addition to a generous paid time off policy, employees receive nine designated holidays and one floating holiday per year.

    Employees receive eight hours of Volunteer Time Off per calendar year.
